The environment problem

The combination of salt in the air, standing monsoon water, and sustained UV is hard on any surface material. Real bamboo is the first to go: it splits within eighteen months and begins hosting insects in the joints. Once the first section splits, the visual line is broken and the only fix is replacement.

PVC ages badly in UV and reads as cheap from ten meters. Steel rusts at the joints even with galvanizing. Aluminum does not rust. The 6063-T5 alloy we use is the same grade specified for commercial window systems on Phuket resort developments. The electrostatic powder coat over vacuum heat transfer bamboo printing holds its color through the wet and dry season cycle.

We have installations on beachfront plots in Kamala, Surin, and Bang Tao that look the same after three years as on handover day. That is not a warranty claim. That is the property of aluminum.

Will the finish hold in beachfront salt air?

Yes. The powder coat sits above the aluminum surface and is what the salt contacts. Our beachfront installations in Kamala and Surin have not shown visible degradation at three years. For extreme salt exposure (direct ocean spray, under 30 meters from the water line), we recommend a fresh-water rinse once a year. That is a two-minute job with a garden hose.

Can you handle resort-scale projects?

Yes. B2B resort projects are a large part of what we do. We provide fixed-price quotations in THB, work to project schedules with phased delivery, and assign a dedicated project manager from survey through handover. Payment terms for projects above 200 linear meters are 30/30/40 (deposit, mid-manufacture, handover).

How quickly can you survey a Phuket site?

We have crew based in Phuket. For most locations on the island, we can survey within 48 hours of your enquiry. For large sites that need a pre-visit brief, we schedule a call first and then send the survey team.

What about the ground under Phuket properties?

Phuket ground varies: sandy beach plots, granite hillside, and red clay. Each type affects the post footing. Sandy or loose substrate requires deeper footings (we quote this as a site adder). Granite hillside sometimes requires a hammer drill. We survey the ground condition during the site visit and include any adders in the fixed quote before you commit.
